Low-income Working Family Allowance Scheme

The application form of the Low-income Working Family Allowance Scheme (LIFA) (Phase 1) is now available both in LINK Centre and online!
Under the LIFA Scheme, a family of two or more members meeting the income and asset limits may apply for an allowance if it has a member meeting the working hour requirements. Each eligible child may also apply for Child Allowance. More details:http://www.wfsfaa.gov.hk/wfao/en/key_features.htm

Remarks: The following cannot be received concurrently with
LIFA in the same month:
– Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA)
– Household-based Work Incentive Transport Subsidy(WITS)
– Individual-based WITS for the LIFA-applicant
