The Labour Department Ethnic Minority

The Labour Department Ethnic Minority Ambassador Programme is targeted at young school leavers aged 15 to 24 with Form 4 to sub-degree academic level, able to communicate in either English or Chinese and proficient in one of the following languages: Hindi, Indonesian, Nepali, Tagalog, Thai, Urdu or Punjabi. Selected applicants will be arranged to undergo on-the-job training with pay for 12 months in the Labour Department upon completion of a free pre-employment training course under the programme.
